Umeshu (Japanese plum wine):
Rice sake-based plum liqueur. Fruit, sweet plum (ume) leaves a pleasant zingy aftertaste. Great as a sweet aperitif or desert wine. Recommended for those who enjoy a brandy-base liqueur. Sweetest of our umeshu range. Aged for over 2 years. Can be served over ice or warmed. Over icecream is also delicious!

White porcelain tableware designed by OJI Masanori in the famous white porcelain Amakusa Touseki and made by the ancient Touetsugama kiln.These sefooted sake vessels are designed to enjoy savoring good sake.
The Touetsugama kiln originated in Mikawachi of Sasebo City in Nagasaki prefecture as a house kiln under the patronage of the Hirado clan. The kiln was redeployed to Arita in Saga prefecture by IMAMURA Shikao XII for its expansion and is currently succeeded by IMAMURA Kenichi XIV. The kiln makes porcelains for daily life with its traditional white porcelain techniques using Amakusa Touseki (porcelain stone).
