Opinel Brunch Knife
The brunch and breakfast knife : the most important meal of the day has finally been given its own knife! It can be used to scrape the bottom of jars (spreads, jams and other sweet or savoury treats). Its rounded wide tip is ideal for quick spreading and its 7.5cm serrated section is perfect for cutting bread, pastries, eggs
Blade: Stainless steel, 11.5cm length.
Handle: Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
Care: Contains wood, not recommended for dishwasher. Run warm water on the blade and wipe with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Rinse the blade with warm water while taking care not to soak the wooden handle. Do not immerse your knife in water as this could warp the wooden handle.
