Dr Bronner Lip Balm - Peppermint
Certified to National Organic Standards, Dr Bronner's lip balms are based on pure organic oils and beeswax free of petrochemically modified ingredients. The organic avocado oil and beeswax provide excellent lip protection while the organic jojoba and hemp oils assist moisturization. Only the finest organic essential oils are used for fragrance.
I can personally testify that this the best lip balm I have used, really moisturising, doesn't end up dehydrating/,making your lips dependent as many lip balms do and the peppermint is such a great fresh blast.
About Dr Bronner's
Dr. Bronner's range of certified organic body care is synonymous with eco-friendliness (certified organic & certified Fair Trade), quality, time honoured simplicity & integrity. Dr. Bronner's was established in 1948 by Emanuel Bronner, a third generation certified master soap maker. The company is now managed by the 4th and 5th generations of the Bronner family, who continue the tradition of making products with care and integrity. Dr. Bronner's strives to honour their heritage with progressive business practices, while devoting profits to worthwhile causes and charities worldwide.
Choose Cruelty Free
Choose Cruelty Free's accreditation criteria is probably the most stringent in the world today, providing the consumer with the ability to make an informed choice. Many people have no idea how extensive animal testing is in the cosmetic industry. To continue testing on animals for the sake of human vanity when we already have many safe, established ingredients and formulations is inhumane.
Certified Fair Trade
Dr Bronner's take care of their employees with generous salaries and benefits. Executive pay is capped at five times the lowest-paid position, and all profits not needed for business development are given to support progressive charities and causes. This philosophy is extended to the farmers and workers around the world who produce the major raw materials. Along with their families and communities, farmers benefit from fair prices, living wages and funding for local development projects. Shifting supply chains to certified Fair Trade ingredients makes a big difference in the lives of several thousand farmers and workers and is money well spent.
