This artisan black vinegar is made in Kagoshima with premium-rice, and aged for 2 years in handcrafted glazed earthenware ceramic jars to allow for a mellow taste. It has health-promoting properties.
Sakamoto is the original and longest surviving vinegar producers in the region to produce vinegar the traditional way.
Has a beautiful amber colour to it.
Good for general use, good for salad dressing (1 tablespoon of black vinegar, 2 tablespoon of olive oil, a splash of yuzu juice and a dash of soy, you have yourself a dressing to die for), you can even drink it straight for it’s health benefits.
