This hand crafted organic soy sauce is made by Morita in Okuitsumo from Shimane Prefecture. It is made from soy beans grown locally in the region, mountain water and dried organic Japanese salt. It is then matured for 2 years in cedar barrels. Made the traditional way.
This soy hsauce as a deep caramel and light glaze consistency. Great addition to an organic pantry.
