Goma-dofu is a common inclusion in vegetarian temple cuisine, often served at the beggining of the meal. Has a pannacotta-like consistency and a lovely seasame savoury flavour.

Most commonly enjoyed with a little dab of wasabi and a mere splash of good quality Japanese soy sauce.

Ingredients: Sesame, Starch, Arrowroot.
