This artisan shoyu or soy sauce is made from the finest quality whole soybeans, wheat and sea salt. It is fermented in 100-year-old barrels for one full year, meaning that this slow fermentation process results in a pure, wonderfully flavoured sauce with no preservatives or additives.
This Soy Sauce has a light sweet taste with a light amber colour. Perfect for general use, a great replacement to your supermarket brand soy sauce
