Almond and Sea Salt: House blend chocolate meets the finest of almonds, slow roasted with estate grown olive oil then finished with hand harvested sea salt. Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, Margaret River olive oil, Australian almonds, Maldon sea salt. 

Brazil: Bahia plantation was once lost in the Jungles of the Mata Atlantica. Today it's cacao produces a chocolate with expressions of dark fruit and bold chocolate notes.  Ingredients : Cocoa beans and organic cane sugar 

Madagascar: This farm was established in the 1920's and it's rare heirloom beans produce a very distinct citrus fruit driven chocolate. A whole new chocolate experience. Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar

Chilli & salt: The flavour combination was perfected by the ancient Aztecs. Flame roasted chilli varietals meet our House Blend chocolate. Finished with a dusting of flaked sea salt. Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, chilli, flake salt 

Cracked Coffee: Cacao & Coffee - two single origin beans from Brazil meet. Lightly roasted Arabica coffee beans, cracked over our bold Brazil chocolate. Ingredients : Cacao Beans, Organic cane sugar, Coffee beans

Vietnam: Amongst the maze of rivers downstream from Saigon, lie island gardens holding a colonial treasure from another time. Flavours unique to the Mekong Delta, from the farmers at Cho Gao co-op. Look for cinnamon, liquorice, balsamic & espresso. Incredibly complex. Ingredients: Cacao beans & organic raw sugar

House Blend 90%: For those who love the darker side, a 90% House Blend. We've blended four origins to craft a bar that is subtle yet powerful. Find flavours of mocha, brownie and roasted cacao. Our darkest House Blend brings forth the chocolate makers craftmanship to create the perfect blend of single origin cacaos. Ingredients: Cacao beans & organic raw sugar

Guatemala 75%: Perched on the steep slopes of the Oana Itzam Mountains. Indigenous Mayan farmers cultivate a distinctive cacao. Find flavours of cookie dough, banana & soft caramel tones. Ingredients : Cocoa beans and Organic raw sugar 

Cherry & Coconut: Here handpicked sour cherries and crunchy toasted coconut meet our house blend chocolate. Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic raw sugar, coconut & cherries.

Columbian Coffee: Cacao & Coffee - From the plateau of Popayan, this Columbian coffee is sourced. The slow roasted Arabica beans are stone ground with our cacao to make a rich expresso bar. Ingredients : Cacao Beans, Organic raw sugar, Coffee beans

Orange & Hazelnut: Zesty sun ripened Valencia oranges and slow roasted hazelnuts meet our house blend chocolate.  Ingredients : Cacao beans, organic raw sugar, orange & hazelnuts.

Raspberry & Rose: Here field ripened raspberries meet our house blend chocolate, then finished with Persian rose petals. Ingredients : Cacao Beans, Organic raw sugar, Coffee beans, Raspberry, Rose Petals & Natural Rose Oil.

Organic Milk: Madagascan cacao from the Somia Plantation, combined with organic milk. The combination is distinctively creamy with notes of caramel & shortbread. Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk powder, organic cacao butter.

Honey Macadamia Organic Milk: Slow roasted Australian Macadamias drizzled with Jarrah honey meet our organic milk chocolate. Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk powder, organic cacao butter, macadamias & Jarrah honey.

Organic Milk Matcha & Strawberry: Stone milled with rich milk to create our luxury matcha chocolate, paired with field grown strawberries. Ingredients : Cocoa butter, milk, raw sugar, strawberries, matcha.

Strawberry & Pistachio: Field grown strawberries, slow roasted pistachios and a dusting of sea salt, are combined with our stone ground chocolate. Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, strawberries, pistachios, olive oil & sea salt.   

Tanzania: In the heart of Tanzania lies the remote Kilombero Valley. Down a dirt road, you will find a small village named Mbingu, Swahili for ‘Heaven’. Producing cacao with flavours of strawberry, red cherry, bread & butter. Ingredients : Cocoa beans and organic raw sugar 

Organic Milk Hazelnut & Praline: Roasted hazelnut praline with our organic milk chocolate. Creamy, crunchy and addictive.  Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk powder, organic cacao butter, hazelnuts.

Gingerbread & Spice: Celebrate the festive season with our organic milk chocolate, combined with crunchy gingerbread and a selection of Christmas spices. Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk, organic cacao butter, tapioca flour, chickpea flour, vegetable oil, golden syrup, treacle, ginger, spices, sodium bicarbonate, vegetable gum.

The raw natural beauty and integrity of the Margaret River region makes it the perfect location to embark on an exotic journey with the cocoa bean. The process involves roasting, winnowing, stone grinding, conching and tempering.  Old world machines that craft chocolate in an old fashioned way. In a way that gently teases out and captures the individual character of the beans.

Using vintage chocolate making equipment and only 2 ingredients, cacao and cane sugar, Bahen & Co. strives to make chocolate in a traditional way that pre-dates the mass production of the industrial revolution. Chocolate that exhibits ancient aromas and flavours and carries the senses back to the times of the Mayans, Aztecs and Incas.
