Postage Information
See postage options listed below. Available postage options will be displayed at checkout once you have provided a delivery address. Before checking out you can use the notes field on the cart page to provide any special delivery instructions and/or select the authority to leave option if you're happy for the parcel to be left.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect may be an option for local customers. Please wait for us to prepare your order for collection. We'll send you a follow up email when your order is ready to collect. In most cases we can have orders ready for collection by the following business day or sooner.
Orders will be held for collection for up to two weeks. Please contact us if you're not able to collect within that timeframe. Orders not collected within two weeks may need to be cancelled and refunded.
Preparing Your Order
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and prepare your order for despatch in addition to estimated transit time. This applies regardless of your nominated postage method. We'll try to send your order out as soon as we can, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Once your order has been despatched you will be provided with tracking information including a link to track the progress of your delivery.
Making changes to your order
Please check your cart carefully before finalising your order as we are not able to make additions or edits to your order once the order has been placed.
Giftwrapping
We will gift wrap your item when the Gift Wrap Donation product is added to your cart and paid at checkout online. The Gift Wrap Donation product option appears at checkout as a checkbox. Please understand we are not able to gift wrap when the Gift Wrap Donation product is not included in the online order. In this case your order will be sent without gift wrapping even if it was requested in order notes. Some items we are not able to wrap, for example all sizes of selfwatering pots. In the case we are unable to wrap an item we will refund the Gift Wrap product.
Australia Post
Australia Post offer standard parcel post and express post services. If you require postage to a PO box or parcel locker then you should select postage by Australia Post. If you're not home to accept delivery your parcel will normally be left at a local post office for collection, unless you provide authority to leave on the cart page before checkout.

Standard Delivery
This is a standard rate for delivery by unspecified carrier. This option may be the most economical rate for larger parcels to destinations in or near metropolitan areas. Select this option if you don't mind how we send your parcel and you can provide authority to leave if unattended.
Please note couriers will not be able to leave your parcel at a post office if you're not home to accept delivery. Please provide a street address where someone will be in attendance to accept delivery during business hours. If you're not at home for delivery your parcel will be left in a safe place where possible.
Transit times will be similar to standard Parcel Post, however delivery to more regional and remote areas may be more expensive and take longer.
DHL Express
Door to door delivery within Australia next possible business day.
Please allow additional 1-3 business days for us to prepare and process your order for despatch.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
International postage options may be available to your location. If available, options will be displayed at checkout, or via the shipping calculator on our cart page prior to checkout.
Please note we might not be able to ship large or bulky orders. Maximum size and weight limits apply to parcels sent by standard post. The rate quoted at checkout is an estimate based on approximate parcel weight. We'll contact you if there is any problem or discrepancy between the quoted rate and actual postage cost.
LARGE ORDER & OVERSIZE ITEMS
Large orders and oversize items may require a custom postage quote. If there's any issue we'll contact you to discuss options
