PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep the online store up to date, but sometimes we may be out of stock of a product you have ordered. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We may be able to suggest an alternative for you to consider. Otherwise, we will provide a full refund for the out of stock item. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send the available items to you and provide a refund for the out of stock item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & PRICE

We try to ensure our advertised product descriptions and prices are clear and accurate. If you find a product does not match the description please let us know and please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for any applicable remediation. If you find a product advertised by us at two different prices we will sell it to you at the lower price. If a product has been priced or described incorrectly as a result of genuine error, we reserve the right to withdraw that product from sale (and refund payment as applicable) in order to correct the error. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

  • Please do a quick inspection of your packaging whilst in the presence of the courier or postal worker before signing for the delivery
  • If there is any sign of damage externally ask the courier to make the note 'Parcel showed signs of damage' on his delivery run sheet.
  • Upon opening package if there is item damage please retain all packaging, document the damage where possible with photos, and contact us immediately. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your item, however, if you do wish to exchange it we are happy to offer a return for exchange or shop credit service.

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, but we do undertake to refund items if they are defective or faulty, or the product description is incorrect.

PAYMENT & TAXES 
  • 10% GST is applicable for Australian customers, which is included in displayed online store prices. International orders are GST-free. The GST portion of international orders will be refunded soon after checkout. 
  • Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments via paypal. Australian customers can also choose to make payment via bank transfer or telephone on checkout. 
  • Our shopping cart is securely hosted by Shopify and credit card and personal information entered is encrypted using the highest available security PCI-DSS certification, please see more details via the Privacy Policy available at checkout.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

For customers who create a customer account your checkout process becomes streamlined for future orders as our store populates your shipping information automatically. For those who also tick OK to receive emails, we send out emails not so often and they provide a good chance to stay up to date with new items in store and gallery shows.
