Is your shopfront open?

Not yet! Indoor retail does not re-open until 80% vaxxed.  But Click & Collect is still on. See Click & Collect information here.

Can I still order online within Australia?

Our online store is operating and we welcome online orders anytime.

We are working hard to ship orders in as timely manner as we can. Aus Post and Courier services are under the pump and so orders can take longer than usual to reach you, we thank you for your understanding and patience!

I'm a local, can I pick up my online order using Click and Collect?

Yes, you can! (As long as you are within the allowable km radius limit of our Brunswick store.)

  • Collection is anytime during shop hours.
  • It can take us up to 1-2 days to organise your order ready for collection. Please wait until you receive your confirmation email before coming to collect. If it is urgent feel free to call the shop during shop hours to check if same day is possible.
I need to exchange an item, how can I do that?

Postage returns for exchange or shop credit are no problem at all. Please see our terms and conditions page for exchange policy. In person returns will need to wait until lockdown finishes and the store re-opens - just contact us within the 14 day period for email pre-approval. In either case - Please contact us beforehand to ensure you meet the conditions for return for exchange.

Are you sending overseas?

Whilst some things are improving, due to continued extensive and unpredictable delays with international post we have still suspended international orders until further notice, with the exception of New Zealand. New Zealand customers can now checkout online and choose Standard International Post option. Other countries please sign up to our newsletter to receive updates on when shipping will resume.
