This unique salt is made from Arame & Hondawara seaweed harvested on along the rugged coastlines of Tsushima Island in Nagasaki. The combination of salt and seaweeds has a complex and mature flavour compared to standard table salts. This light brown coloured mild salt is the best match with rice, grilled fishes and all of your cooking to add rich mineral flavours.
