          Shiso salt is powdered pickles shiso leaves with sea salt and Anzu-su* which is a byproduct from anzuboshi. Shiso leaves are pickled in anzu-su for 6 months, then allowed to dry it out naturally. It is very simple process to make and Kaokao's homemade shies salt is more naturally fragrant and flavourful than commercial products. - 100% Australian ingredients
