Yuzu Shichimi Togarashi (Yuzu Japanese seven spices chilli powder)

This Shichimi Togarashi is from Saitama in Japan and is a classic condiment - aromatic with a little kick of chilli.

How to use:

sprinkled over noodles, pickles,

added to marinades, sprinkled over grilled vegetables

used in rubs, soups, tempuras and salad dressings.... and many more !
