Kaokao's sweet miso(simillar to "White miso") has tend to be lighter and sweeter in flavor. This miso made with less soy beans, salt and high ratio of rice koji that creates nice sweetness. It made by naturally fermentation method(6month +). This miso is suits for Soup, as a Marinades, dressings, even dessert and many more, same as other type of miso.
