  • Designed with a generous hook at the bottom to hold a medium weight load such as a hanging plant, bag or coat and a smaller top hook to hold a loop like an apron or dog lead. Because the curve hook is a smaller hook with one screw, it isn't suited to heavy loads which may cause the hook to rotate.

    Brass
    65mm tallIncluded hardware:

10mm brass screw suitable for installing into timber / ply (or masonry using a masonry plug, masonry plug not included).

Wood: Drill a 2.5mm hole in the wood. Install using the supplied brass screw and tighten until snug.

Masonry: Drill a 6mm hole 25mm deep and insert a red masonry wall plug flush with the wall. Install using the supplied brass screw and tighten until snug.

Plasterboard: You will need a plasterboard anchor kit available from any hardware store. Drill a 10mm hole in the plasterboard. Pass the screw from the plasterboard anchor through the hook and screw it into the v shaped spring. Press the spring together and push it through the hole in the plasterboard. Tighten until snug.

    Care:

The finish of all rowsaan work will patina slightly with age and use. If a brass object oxidises more quickly (which is more likely in a damp environment or coastal location) lightly rubbing the surface with super fine steel wool, rinsing in warm soapy water and applying a thin coat of mineral oil will help remove oxides. Silver utensils can be rinsed in warm soapy water and then dried when needed. Please note that the finish on all of our objects will vary slightly in brightness and texture.
