Ceramic 'soba choko' cup
Soba choko are traditionally used for serving the broth that comes with soba noodles, for dipping. After the dipping is finished traditionallly the warm soba cooking water is added to the remains of the broth in the cup and this healthful brew is drunk.
They are also lovely small coffee cups as they are thick walled and great size for simple small coffee.
