  • Ideal for cutting, slicing thinly, chopping and dicing...The 3 mm-thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting. A continuous cutting edge that frees up the heel of the blade to make it easier to sharpen. Curved cutting edge allows chopping with a seesaw movement.

    Blade: 20cm long. X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.

    Handle: Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.

    Care: Contains wood, not recommended for dishwasher. Run warm water on the blade and wipe with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Rinse the blade with warm water while taking care not to soak the wooden handle. Do not immerse your knife in water as this could warp the wooden handle.
