Kyuusu is Japanese term for small teapot. Maru = 'round'. This is perfection in small size. One cup teapot exquisitely made. All elements of tea making and pouring are considered. Tokonoma ware is famous for teaware.  The tight fitting between body and lid is perfected so as not to have tea spilling from under the lid as you tilt to pour.
